LOS ANGELES -- Former Christian Dior fashion designer John Galliano -- who was fired by the fashion house after video surfaced showing him insulting people and declaring "I love Hitler" -- was taunted by a photographer who called him a racist, TMZ reported Monday.
"Fucking racist!" a photographer yelled at Galliano as he arrived at Los Angeles International Airport Sunday.
Galliano reportedly did not acknowledge the photographer or any of the reporters who were on the scene when he arrived, keeping his head down and his mouth shut -- for once.
He was briefly detained in Paris by police on Feb. 24 after allegedly making anti-Semitic remarks a couple sitting on a cafe terrace.
A few days later, a woman filed a complaint alleging that Galliano abused her in the same Paris cafe in October 2010, and also used anti-Semitic language, according to French newspaper Le Parisien.
British newspaper The Sun then published a video online showing a visibly drunk Galliano declaring "I love Hitler" and telling cafe patrons, "People like you would be dead. Your mothers, your forefathers, would all be f*cking gassed."
Dior fired Galliano on March 1. On March 2, his lawyers issued a statement denying claims that he is anti-Semitic but "unreservedly" apologizing for his behavior.
Um.....does this ring of Mel Gibson? Or Kramer from Seinfeld? Pathetic, Galliano.
